Taxe de séjour

Le montant de la taxe de séjour s'élève à 1.09 € par personne et par nuitée.


Conditions de réservation


1 - Pour les individuels


Séjour de 1 à 3 nuits :
Un numéro de carte bancaire (avec date de validité) sera demandé pour toute réservation afin de garantir le séjour. Le client règlera à son arrivée.

Séjour de 4 nuits et + :
Un versement d'arrhes de 30%, calculés sur le montant total du séjour, devra être effectué à la réservation. Le client règlera le restant dû à son arrivée.


2 - Pour les groupes

Un premier versement d'arrhes de 30%, calculés sur le montant total du séjour, devra être effectué à la réservation. Un deuxième versement d'arrhes de 30%, calculé sur le montant total du séjour, devra être effectué 20 jours avant la date d'arrivée et la rooming-list devra être fournie. Le règlement du solde s'effectuera à l'arrivée.

1 - Pour les individuels


Séjour de 1 à 3 nuits :

- Annulation 48h avant la date d'arrivée : aucun frais.
- Annulation tardive (- de 48h) : le montant de la première nuit sera facturé.
- En cas de non-présentation ou départ anticipé : la totalité du montant du séjour sera facturée.

Séjour de 4 nuits et + :

- Les arrhes sont non-remboursables pour toute annulation.
- Annulation 48h avant la date d'arrivée : aucun frais supplémentaires.
- Annulation tardive (- de 48h) : le montant de la première nuit sera facturé.
- En cas de non-présentation ou départ anticipé : la totalité du montant du séjour sera facturée.

Stay from 1 to 3 nights
A credit card number (with validity date) will be required for all reservations in order to guarantee the stay. The client will pay on arrival. Stay of 4 nights and more: A deposit of 30%, calculated on the total amount of the stay, must be made with the reservation. The client will pay the balance due on arrival.

2 - For groups

An initial deposit of 30%, calculated on the total amount of the stay, must be made at the time of booking. A second deposit of 30%, calculated on the total amount of the stay, must be made 20 days before the date of arrival and the rooming-list must be provided. Payment of the balance will be made upon arrival.

1 - For individuals


Stay from 1 to 3 nights

- Cancellation 48h before arrival date: no charge.
- Late cancellation (- 48h) : the amount of the first night will be charged.
- In case of no show or early departure : the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Stay of 4 nights or more

- The deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation.
- Cancellation 48h before the arrival date: no additional charges.
- Late cancellation (- 48h) : the amount of the first night will be charged.
- In case of no show or early departure : the total amount of the stay will be charged.


2 - For groups

- The deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation.
- Cancellation 10 days before arrival: no additional charges.
- Late cancellation (less than 10 days)
- No show or early departure : the total amount of the stay will be charged
